Refund & Cancellation Policy

BBPS Jhansi is committed to providing transparency regarding fees, cancellations, and refunds. Please read the following policy carefully before making any payments.

1. Fee Payment Policy

All fees, including admission fees, tuition fees, and other applicable charges, must be paid as per the school’s payment schedule.
Payments can be made through authorized online and offline channels specified by the school.
Late payment of fees may attract penalties as per school regulations.

2. Cancellation of Admission

Admission cancellations must be requested in writing by the parent/guardian.
If an admission is canceled before the session begins, only the security deposit (if applicable) will be refunded.
If a student withdraws after the session has started, no refunds will be issued for any portion of the fees paid.
The school reserves the right to cancel a student’s admission due to non-compliance with school policies, misbehavior, or non-payment of fees. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

3. Refund Policy

Admission Fee: Non-refundable under any circumstances.
Tuition Fee: Once paid, tuition fees are non-refundable, regardless of attendance or withdrawal.
Annual Charges & Other Fees: No refunds will be provided for annual charges, exam fees, or other school-related charges.
Transport Fee: If a student withdraws from school transport services, the transport fee for the current term will not be refunded.
Security Deposit (if applicable): Refundable only upon withdrawal, subject to clearance of all dues and return of school property in good condition.

4. Transfer Certificate (T.C.) & Withdrawal Policy

Parents must submit a written request for withdrawal at least 30 days in advance.
A Transfer Certificate (T.C.) will only be issued upon full settlement of outstanding fees.
No refunds will be provided if a student withdraws mid-session.

5. Online Payment Refunds

In case of double payments or incorrect transactions due to a technical issue, parents must notify the school with proof of payment.
Refunds for such cases will be processed within 15 working days after verification.
The school is not responsible for transaction failures caused by banking or payment gateway errors.
